Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support daily financial operations, assist with bookkeeping, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Responsibilities:
- Manage communication and coordination with HMRC for regulatory compliance.
- Handle bank-related matters, including transactions and reconciliations.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial inquiries and updates.
- Provide support in financial record-keeping and documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is required.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
