Key Responsibilities
- Support Children’s Learning: Deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Framework, supporting each child’s individual development and interests.
- Create a Positive Environment: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating setting that encourages exploration and confidence.
- Work in Partnership with Families: Communicate effectively with parents and carers, sharing progress updates and building trusting relationships.
- Encourage Holistic Development: Promote children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth through thoughtful planning and daily interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant Qualification: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (such as CACHE, NVQ Level 3, NNEB, or equivalent).
- Experience in Early Years: Previous experience within a Nursery or Early Years setting.
- Passion for Childcare: A genuine interest in supporting young children during their formative years.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident working with children, families, and colleagues.
- Reliable Team Member: Well-organised, proactive, and able to contribute positively to a team environment.
