Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly respected and well-established Financial Planning firm who are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team.

Working closely with Advisers and senior members of the team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions by conducting technical research, producing suitability reports and supporting the delivery of exceptional client outcomes. This role would suit an experienced Paraplanner who enjoys the technical side of financial planning and is looking to join a business with an excellent culture, modern working environment and strong team ethos.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Conduct provider and product research, including fund performance analysis, risk assessments and cashflow modelling
· Prepare bespoke, compliant suitability reports tailored to individual client objectives and circumstances
· Analyse Fact Finds and KYC documentation to identify suitable financial planning recommendations
· Support Advisers with technical analysis, complex cases and evidence-based recommendations
· Manage cases through to completion whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience within a Paraplanner role in a Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment
· Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and retirement planning products
· Experience producing suitability reports and carrying out detailed financial research
· Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or actively working towards completion
· Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
