You’ll be a vital part of the classroom team, using your de-escalation skills to support students with complex needs, manage challenging behaviors, and foster a safe, positive learning environment.
What We Need From You (The Non-Negotiables):
- Team Teach Trained: You must hold a valid Team Teach qualification and feel confident implementing these positive handling and de-escalation strategies.
- Full-Time Commitment: Consistency is everything for these students. You must be available 5 days a week, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
