Office Administrator - Chester (Financial Planning Firm)

Hours
- 35 hours per week (some flexibility available over minimum 4 days)
The role of Office Administrator:
- Providing full administrative support to 5 financial advisers alongside a senior administrator
- Producing client correspondence and submitting/completing applications for financial checks
- Preparing data for client meetings and producing reports
- Supporting with reception cover, meeting and greeting clients, and basic hospitality
- General administration duties
The ideal Office Administrator:
- Confident system user across all MS Office packages
- Strong eye for detail to spot inaccuracies in correspondence
- Previous experience in financial services preferred but not essential
- Experience of Intelligent Office desired but not essential
