An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Clarks Wakefield.
As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, helping to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, and develop a high-performing team. This role is ideal for an experienced Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in their retail career.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example on the shop floor.
- Drive sales performance and help achieve store targets.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to maximise performance.
- Ensure the store is well-presented and fully stocked.
- Assist with stock management, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety and company compliance.

- Previous experience in a retail supervisory, team leader, or management role.
