We’re looking for a hands-on Section Leader to join our night shift production team. You’ll lead a designated production area, making sure targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the right quality standards.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading, motivating and supervising a team of operatives
- Delivering daily production plans and output targets
- Carrying out quality checks and promoting a right-first-time approach
- Ensuring health, safety and environmental procedures are followed
- Managing shift handovers, housekeeping and performance monitoring
- Liaising with Maintenance, Quality and HSE teams
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
- Good attention to detail with a practical, hands-on approach
- Basic IT and reporting skills
- Awareness of HSE and quality standards (ISO experience desirable)
- Reliable, organised and proactive
