We are looking for a creative, plugged-in Social Media & Content Manager to take the reins of our digital presence, drive our marketing strategy, and make our brand the talk of the town.
The Role
This is a multi-faceted, hands-on role perfect for a social media savvy professional looking to expand their portfolio with a dynamic food brand. You will own our digital footprint from daily community management to high-impact influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Oversee, curate, and schedule daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Community Engagement: Be the voice of our brand. Actively respond to comments, engage with followers, and manage direct messages to build a loyal digital community.
- Content Creation (Inception to Execution): Concept, shoot, and edit high-energy, visually stunning short-form video content (Reels and TikToks) that drives cravings and virality.
- PR & Influencer Relations: Leverage your existing network to proactively secure influencer visits, food blogger reviews, local media coverage, and lifestyle publication features.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize a monthly ad-spend budget to drive foot traffic and online orders.
What We Are Looking For
- The Rolodex: You must have an established network of local hospitality influencers, food bloggers, media contacts, and lifestyle publishers ready to deploy.
- The Creative Eye: Proven experience creating high-quality, engaging short-form video content (capcut, reels, TikTok trends).
- The Strategist: A solid understanding of social media algorithms, paid ad management, and trend-jacking.
- The Vibe: Passionate about food, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
