The Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract new clients and students, and drive revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who is creative, analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content that promotes salon services, barbering services, and academy courses.
- Generate high-quality leads and increase customer bookings through digital marketing campaigns.
- Drive academy enrolments through targeted marketing and sales initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports on campaign success.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer databases.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and industry trends.
- Support sales activities and implement lead nurturing strategies.
- Work closely with management to achieve business growth targets.
- Oversee website updates, SEO improvements, and online reputation management.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing, or similar role.
- Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of generating leads and sales.
- Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and community management.
- Knowledge of lead generation funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Confident using marketing software, CRM systems, automation tools, and AI-powered marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Commercially minded with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Desirable Skills
- Experience within the hair, beauty, barbering, or education/training industry.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and website management.
- Graphic design or video editing skills.
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Essential Qualifications:
- Degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or marketing management role.
- Proven experience managing and optimising Google Ads and paid social media campaigns.
- Demonstrable success in lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
