Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice from September 2026 on a part time basis. We have an itero scanner and CBCT OPG unit. We will remunerate the Dentist at £12-14 per UDA depending on experience and 50% private gross. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring high standards of oral health and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using clinical assessments and medical imaging techniques
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic treatments
- Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for designing dental restorations and prosthetics
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care measures
- Collaborate with dental team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and optimal patient care
- Stay updated with advancements in dental technology, including anatomy knowledge and medical imaging techniques
Qualifications
- Fully qualified Dentist recognised by the relevant professional body within the UK
- Proven experience in general dentistry, with a strong understanding of anatomy knowledge
- Proficiency in CAD software for designing dental appliances or restorations is desirable
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques used in dentistry to assist diagnosis and treatment planning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly to patients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and treatment documentation
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and adhering to health and safety regulations
