Elevation Care Services is a growing Domiciliary care company in Milton Keynes. We provide high quality care to a range of Service Users with Learning Difficulties/Autism, mental health and challenging behaviour.
We are looking to recruit Support Workers with a UK driving license and access to own car to support clients in their own homes, promoting independence, choice and dignity.
Full time staff only, no sponsorship currently available.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with Mental Health, Learning Difficulties/Autism and challenging behaviour.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Document and report any changes or concerns regarding the individual's well-being
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to implement individualized care plans
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals under your care
- Accurately record daily records and medication.
Requirements:
- Driving license and access to own car is essential/preferred
- Experience working within PBS is preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with behaviours that challenge is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals with diverse needs
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
