The Person
The successful Cafe Operations Manager will have:
- Previous experience in a multi-site hospitality, café, restaurant, or retail management role
- A hands-on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance and drive improvements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to maintain high standards across multiple sites
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous
- The flexibility to work weekends and regularly spend time supporting teams across all locations
