As an Entry-Level Sales Executive, you will be engaging with potential customers face-to-face, promoting products and services, and helping to raise awareness of the brand. Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Face-to-Face Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers at various events, business locations, and public spaces. Your main focus will be to introduce them to the client’s products and services and build lasting relationships.
- Promoting Products & Services: You’ll take a proactive role in explaining the benefits of the products, creating excitement and interest to drive sales. Your knowledge and enthusiasm will directly contribute to customer engagement and sales success.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Working in a target-driven environment, you’ll be expected to meet individual sales goals. The more you sell, the more you earn, with uncapped commission and bonuses based on your performance.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop rapport with customers, ensuring that you understand their needs and provide the best possible solutions. This will not only help you achieve sales but also create loyal, long-term customers.
- Working in a Team: While your role will involve independent work, you’ll also collaborate with a dynamic team, sharing tips, strategies, and supporting each other to meet team goals.
