Room Leader – What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years
Previous experience leading a room or strong senior practitioner experience
Confident in planning, assessment and EYFS implementation
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Passion for delivering outstanding childcare
