We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team at Centrol London branch as a Barista, Kitchen Staff, Chef , or Bartender. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties, ensuring cleanliness and organisation in line with food safety regulations.
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the bar or counter, taking orders accurately and delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, kitchen, and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Manage stock levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and manage basic maths calculations for change and totals.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times, including food safety protocols.
- Support the team during busy periods by multitasking effectively across different roles.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role is desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is essential.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- Ability to prepare food items efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Good communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
