Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Provide outstanding customer service from arrival to departure.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to Afrikana brand standards.
- Build positive relationships with guests and ensure memorable dining experiences.
- Promote menu specials, upsell products, and increase guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the restaurant.
- Support team members during busy service periods.
- Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and restaurant security procedures.
