Domestic Cleaner – Self-Employed | Bristol
We're looking for reliable, dedicated domestic cleaners to join our growing team and deliver exceptional cleaning services across Bristol. If you take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and love leaving homes looking their best, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a self-employed, flexible position, so you choose when and where you work. We take care of all the advertising, quoting, scheduling, customer service, and billing, so you can focus entirely on what you do best: delivering outstanding cleaning and building strong relationships with clients.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Cleaning and tidying kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms to a high standard
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing all surfaces as required
- Using cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively
- Communicating professionally with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages observed during a clean
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Completing all tasks within agreed timeframes while maintaining quality throughout
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and professional. Our clients trust us to care for their homes
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent customer service skills
- Good command of English for clear communication with clients
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting and bending
- Previous experience in domestic cleaning is an advantage, but not essential
- A valid driving licence and your own transport are preferred, but is by no means a dealbreaker
