We are seeking an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our ambitious and supportive team in Upper Key Stage 2.
Our recent Ofsted inspection recognised the strength of our provision, awarding Outstanding grades for Behaviour and Attitudes and Personal Development, alongside Good grades in all other areas. Inspectors praised our positive culture, high expectations and commitment to ensuring every child succeeds.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA who can inspire children, support excellent teaching and confidently lead learning when required.
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong experience working within Key Stage 2.
Can lead whole-class learning and interventions effectively.
Has high expectations for achievement, behaviour and inclusion.
Builds positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.
