Supply Teacher- Primary
Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to join Caring Services and support a school in Wavertree. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want the freedom to choose when and where they work.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons and maintain continuity of learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups.
- Support pupils’ learning and ensure all students are included.
- Follow safeguarding, behaviour, and reporting procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach across different subjects or key stages.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Recent UK teaching experience is desirable.
- Reliable, flexible, and confident working in new settings.

Annual Leave entitlement paid in every pay run. All applicants must hold an enhanced DBS certificate (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered on the DBS update service. Candidates will be asked to provide a minimum of five years references and successfully pass all safeguarding checks.
