Overview:
We are seeking a Room Leader to join our team at a vibrant nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Hours: 36-40 p/w with a fixed day off during the week
Rate of Pay: £32698 per year (40 hours)

Duties:
- Manage and lead the toddler room team to ensure high-quality care and education for children
- Create engaging and stimulating activities that promote learning and development
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children to provide updates on children's progress
- Drive continuous improvement in the nursery room environment and activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safeguarding procedures
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment
