Responsibilities
- Washing, drying, and storing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently

- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, including peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
- Supporting the kitchen team during service periods to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Managing waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Ensuring all health and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a hygienic environment
- Restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assisting with organising storage areas to keep the kitchen tidy and accessible
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
