THE ROLE
Own the full front of house operations, , setting the standard for how every client is welcomed, cared for, and retained. Drive revenue through proactive upselling, retail recommendations, and rebooking, you see every client interaction as an opportunity to add value. Lead, coach, and motivate the team to consistently deliver a five-star, personalised experience in line with our brand standards. Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and daily operations through Phorest and our wider systems, ensuring everything runs with precision. Act as a brand ambassador, warm, knowledgeable, and impeccably presented at all times.Handle VIP clients and high-value bookings with the discretion and care that Mayfair demands.
YOU WILL BE
Take ownership of Google reviews, client feedback, and reputation management, working closely with the founder and operations team.
Support cross-referral between our two sister businesses, ensuring clients experience the full breadth of what we offer.
