WB Employment is currently recruiting for a Class 2 Home Delivery Driver to join a well-established and respected retailer. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver who enjoys customer interaction, working as part of a team, and delivering a first-class service.

The Role
Working as part of a two-person delivery crew, you will be responsible for delivering household products directly to customers' homes. This is a physically active role that combines driving with customer service and manual handling.
You'll be supported by a dedicated Driver's Mate throughout your shift, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete multi-drop home deliveries as part of a two-person crew
- Safely unload and position products within customers' homes
- Provide a professional and friendly customer experience
- Handle goods with care to prevent damage during transit and delivery
- Complete all delivery paperwork and vehicle checks accurately
- Ensure compliance with all road transport and health and safety regulations
- Represent the company professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Strong customer service skills
- Good level of physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual handling duties
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Pay & Benefits Salary & Bonus
- £17.75 per hour
- Guaranteed 48 hours per week
- £750 quarterly performance bonus (highly achievable)
