Experienced site manager needed for a large residential development.
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong site management experience with a national/regional housebuilder.
- Able to build strong working relationships.
- Strong team and individual management skills.
- Brilliant communication skills.
- Health and Safety focused with the ability to promote a safe working environment.
- Strong understanding and experience dealing with Health and Safety, conducting toolbox talks and reviewing RAMS.
- Strong site management experience with internals and externals.
Requirements for Senior Site Manager role:
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid
