Trainee Fence Erector
Due to continued company growth, we're looking to add a trainee fencer to our team. Applicants should be prepared for hard physical labour and to work in all weather conditions. The successful applicant will be trained by time served fencers working on fast paced new build developments across the Midlands.

Essential requirements:
- Clean driving license
- Good health and safety awareness
- CSCS card is essential for this role. Can be provided for the right applicant
Qualities you must possess:
- Positive & friendly with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Always willing to learn and progress
- Polite with good people skills
- Good time management
- Good attention to detail
Responsibilities include:
- Getting yourself to our yard every morning at 7.30am
- Assisting our fencers on site, working under their instruction
- This involves loading/unloading vans, digging holes, making sure the site is clean and working towards completing the training programme
- Working through our 12 month training programme to become a skilled fencer in their own right
