We are looking for a fully qualified and experienced Carpenter / General Builder to join our team, working on a consistent pipeline of residential extension and conversion projects.
This role is suited to a reliable, experienced tradesperson who can work to a high standard without supervision and takes pride in their work.
Role & Responsibilities
You will be working as part of a team delivering high-quality residential projects, including:
- Cutting and installing pitched roofs
- Constructing flat roofs
- Carrying out internal structural alterations
- Installing shuttering / formwork
- Completing high-quality 2nd fix carpentry
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in carpentry / general building
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality of finish
- Full UK driving licence
- Own van and full set of tools (essential)
- Punctual, reliable and professional at all times

The Role
- Working within a team of 4–5 on active sites
