The Role – More than just a job
This is not your typical coordinator role — it’s a hybrid of patient experience, relationship building, and high-quality sales.
You’ll be the first and most important touchpoint in a patient’s journey — guiding them from initial enquiry through to life-changing treatment.
Your week will look like:
In Clinic (Tue–Fri):
- Welcome and guide patients through their consultation journey
- Build trust, understand motivations, and support decision-making
- Deliver an exceptional, premium patient experience
- Convert consultations into booked treatments
From Home (Mondays):
- Follow up warm enquiries and existing patients
- Handle inbound calls, web chats, and online enquiries
- Nurture leads and convert interest into consultations
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you can genuinely see the impact of your work — often within days.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing inbound enquiries (calls, forms, web chat)
- Building meaningful relationships with patients
- Guiding patients through a high-value healthcare journey
- Delivering a bespoke, consultative experience — not pushy sales
- Working closely with the Business Manager and wider team to drive performance
- Tracking and progressing your pipeline to maximise conversions
- Becoming an expert in our treatments and patient journey
Who we’re looking for
You’re not just “good with people” — you thrive on connection, results, and making a difference.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles (clinic, retail, hospitality or similar)
- Confident on the phone with strong listening and communication skills
- Naturally empathetic — you understand people, not just processes
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy pipeline
- A team player who contributes to a positive, high-performance culture
Bonus if you have:
- B2C sales experience
- Experience working with targets or KPIs
- Healthcare or dental experience (not essential)
