Lloyd's are seeking to recruit a Delivery Lead to lead change across our Corporation Services portfolio — supporting Finance, Actuarial, Tax, Investments & Treasury, Member Services, Procurement, Legal, Risk and HR. You’ll turn strategy into delivery. And you’ll make sure change lands safely, predictably and with real impact.
About the team
You’ll join the Change team in Operations. We translate Lloyd’s strategy into an aligned, investable and well‑sequenced portfolio of change. Our Strategic Change teams define priorities. Delivery turns them into outcomes. We connect the dots—ensuring change is coordinated, governed and focused on value.
What you’ll do

You’ll lead delivery across a complex portfolio, bringing structure, pace and clarity.

Lead delivery of projects across the change portfolio, ensuring outcomes are delivered to time, cost and quality

Translate strategic goals into clear, outcome‑based delivery plans, milestones and dependencies

Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations and suppliers
-
Manage risks, issues and dependencies, with clear ownership and early escalation
-
Lead release, cutover and implementation, ensuring smooth transition into business operations
-
Provide clear and transparent reporting to governance forums, with honest delivery insight
-
Manage budgets, forecasts and cost controls, aligning spend to priorities
-
Oversee supplier performance and integration into delivery
-
Drive benefits realisation, keeping delivery aligned to value
-
Ensure strong governance and adherence to delivery, risk and architectural standards
-
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions that protect delivery outcomes
What you’ll bring
You’re outcome‑focused and confident working in complexity. You bring clarity and keep things moving.

Experience leading delivery of complex change or transformation programmes
-
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels

A track record of delivering to time, cost and outcome in a regulated environment

The ability to turn strategy into executable delivery plans

Experience managing cross‑team delivery, risks and dependencies
-
Confidence working across matrix teams, including third‑party suppliers
-
Strong judgement, curiosity and the confidence to challenge constructively
It would also help if you have:

Experience supporting Finance, HR, Risk, Legal or similar functions
-
Knowledge of portfolio delivery frameworks and governance
-
Exposure to technology, data or architecture environments

Experience in financial services or insurance
