We are looking for a hands on, motivated hotel experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the DoubleTree by Hilton London Greenwich team and serve as a key player in driving service standards, support daily operations, inspire our team, and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience.
As Food & Beverage Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton London Greenwich, your role is pivotal in supervising shifts by effectively communicating and delegating tasks, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a positive work environment. While directly reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will be supporting team members, monitor performance, and assist in achieving departmental goals to contribute to the hotel’s overall success.

F & B Supervisor responsibilities:
- Supervise shift operations, ensuring accountability for profitability, service standards, and performance.
- Delegate duties effectively and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coach and encourage team development, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Anticipate customer needs and build rapport to enhance the guest experience.
- Resolve guest issues and prevent potential problems to ensure satisfaction.
- Maximise revenue opportunities through excellent service and interactions.
- Build strong relationships between F&B and Kitchen teams for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Enforce health and safety protocols within the department for compliance.
- Oversee closing and cleaning procedures, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Adhere to security, fire, and health and safety regulations to maintain a safe, secure environment.

- Experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor/Team leader in the Hospitality or service-sector background
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
