General Responsibilities
Work with a team of technicians on servicing and repairs.
Undertake tasks and manage workflow to ensure timely and efficient completion of all work.
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
To adhere to and promote all company Health & Safety procedures, regularly training and supporting both new and existing employees to ensure compliance at all times.
Always ensure complete compliance at all times.
Inspect and QC completed work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Where required to be involved in the pricing of repairs and the communication to the customer.
To thoroughly quality check all work undertaken and seek advice/support when required.
To carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by the AGM or other member of senior management.
