Night Care Worker
Nuneaton
£13.03 to £13.18 per hour plus holiday pay
Full-time opportunities available
When looking for a new role, one of the most important questions is simple: what do the people who already work there think?
At Platinum Care, we ask that question every year.
In our latest employee survey, our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), a measure of how likely employees are to recommend their employer, increased from +15 to +52 in just 12 months. We also saw improvements across every area of employee experience, including workplace culture, recognition, job satisfaction, and employee recommendation.
We're pleased with those results because they come directly from our employees.
We're now looking for Night Care Workers to join our residential service in Nuneaton, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
You'll play an important role in helping people live as independently as possible, supporting them with daily routines, activities, personal goals, and the things that matter to them.
