Childcare Apprentices
Sweetcroft daycare are looking for full time apprentices to join our team. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic about childcare and wants to progress in the field.
We are a friendly nursery with high standards and are dedicated to providing top quality care for children aged from birth to 5 years.
Your duties will include:
- key worker system
- helping with feeding and individual care routines
- recording children’s development and planning through the nursery’s app
- working as part of a friendly team
- Familiarising yourself with the nurseries policies and procedures and working within these
- Working in partnership with parents and forming secure relationships
- safeguarding children
What to expect:
- 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
- £15,600 apprentice start wage. This will increase as you progress.
- 15 days annual leave per year on top of every bank holiday off and time off over the Christmas period
- Different shift patterns to be discussed on start date
