Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years professional looking to take the next step in your childcare career? We are seeking a dedicated Room Leader with a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) to join our friendly and supportive nursery team in Wembley.
The Role
As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a room, supporting your team, and creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. You will ensure high standards of care and learning while building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (essential)
- Previous experience working in an early years setting
- Experience leading or supervising a team is desirable
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, enthusiastic, and caring attitude
