Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and an eagerness to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food safety practices, to assist guests with their selections.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Keep the bar area clean and organised, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving of alcohol.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is essential.
- Cocktail experience essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
