Job Overview
We are seeking two dedicated Personal Injury Solicitors to join our reputable legal team. One position is for an experience solicitor with experience in EL, Industrial Disease and Clinical Negligence claims.
The second position is for a NQ -3 year qualified solicitor with some PI background.
These roles offer an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to specialise in personal injury law, providing expert advice and representation to clients. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, ensuring high-quality service, and achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload of personal injury matters, including employers’ liability, occupier’s liability and Public liability claims.
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the claims process.
- Progress cases efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care and compliance.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive legal team.
- Use case management systems effectively to record, manage and progress files.
Experience
- A qualified solicitor with experience in personal injury litigation or newly qualified solicitor with PI experience during their apprenticeship.
- Confident using case management systems.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and client care skills.
- Experience of criminal work is desirable but not essential.
