We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator/property manager to join a busy and successful lettings team in the Finchley area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a thriving branch, managing a portfolio of properties while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Marketing available properties effectively across relevant platforms
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Managing applicant enquiries and obtaining feedback
- Referencing prospective tenants
- Coordinating tenancy agreements and move-ins
- Managing an existing property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
- Identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio
About You
- Minimum of 2 years’ lettings experience (essential)
- Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and processes
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
Attractive salary package with Basic salary and commission package with realistic ote up to £60k.
Pay: £25,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
