**The Role**
We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bicycle Mechanic to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a full range of bicycles — from road and mountain bikes to e-bikes and hybrids — while delivering an outstanding in-store experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out full bike services, repairs, and custom builds to a high standard
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical (e-bike) faults accurately and efficiently
- Advise customers on parts, upgrades, and maintenance
- Assemble new bikes and prepare them for sale
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
- Manage and track workshop jobs using our POS system
- Assist with stock management and parts ordering when needed

**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic (professional or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of drivetrain, braking, and suspension systems
- Familiarity with a range of brands including Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo
- E-bike experience is a plus
- Good communication skills — you'll be customer-facing
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Cytech or equivalent qualification preferred, but not essential if experience is strong
