Biologics Community Nurse - Berkshire / Brighton / West London

£41,400 annual basic salary including car allowance
We can offer a Monday-Friday working pattern with hours 8.30am-5.30pm, £5,400 annual car allowance, 25 days annual leave + 8 days bank holidays, lunch allowance, private healthcare and pension. Your role as a Community Nurse:
- You will be joining an established and supportive nurse team
- You will support NHS patients enrolled in our biologics programme
- You will receive full training to deliver best in class biologics care and education
- You will be recording disease assessment scores, taking blood and educating the patients on how to self-medicate and take independence over their own care
- You will work in partnership with the referring NHS clinical teams
Skills and experience needed as the Community Nurse:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Ability to take blood is desirable
- Flexible to travel across a region
