Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team in North London. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and early childhood education within a nurturing environment. Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across all areas.
- Supervising children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
- Supporting children's emotional and social development through positive interactions and guidance.
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive team environment focused on high standards of childcare.
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding children's progress and daily activities.
- Ensuring the nursery environment is safe, clean, organised, and stimulating for children.
- Assisting with daily routines such as meal times, nappy changing, and sleep schedules.
- Leading by example in demonstrating professionalism, management skills, and leadership within the team.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification or equivalent recognised early childhood education certification.
- Proven experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.
- Strong management and leadership skills to oversee daily operations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience working with children of various ages and developmental stages.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations relevant to early years settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating initiative.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
