Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to work across all departments. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires strong computer skills, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and is a varied and interesting role.
Duties
- Assist with daily workflow operations and maintain an organised workspace.
- Handle new patient registrations and patient records.
- Perform onward referral tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Help out in our Patient Services team.
- Triage E Consults
- Support team members with clerical duties as needed to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong typing skills.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
