Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our vibrant salon team. Responsibilities
- Providing a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments
- Performing barbering services such as trims, shaves, and beard grooming - preferred but not essential
- Delivering outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised advice
- Managing front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Upselling products and additional treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Assisting with store management tasks such as inventory control and maintaining cleanliness standards
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber with a strong portfolio of work
- Knowledge of store management practices within a salon setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining professionalism
- Previous experience working at the front desk or handling administrative duties is preferred
