We are searching for an ambitious, enthusiastic and charismatic individual who will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, with emphasis on developing a long-lasting relationship with our valued clients.
Required:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager / Business Manager in a franchised car sales environment
- Full UK Driver License
Job responsibilities include the following:
- Uploading all leads on CRM accurately, and converting leads to appointments
- Consulting in customization of both interior and exterior
- Sale of new and used vehicles
- Sale of components/parts and accessories
- Developing relationships with local business clients
- Maintaining relationships with customers
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Being proactive in finding new sales opportunities and markets.
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with finance quotations.
- Full knowledge of our offerings, current stock, new stock prices
- Continuous monitoring of our websites

Salary: £38,000 base with £55,000 plus potential for OTE earnings.
