Duties
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the Chinese community to promote business opportunities.
- Identify potential referral sources and develop strategic partnerships to expand the organization’s reach.

Skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to building partnerships and networks.
- 沟通能力强，中文能力，良好的人际沟通能力。
既往有没有招聘能力不重要，重要的是能快速定位目标人群，并协调面试及沟通等推进事项。
