Bartender / Barista
Huong Viet Restaurants – Shoreditch & Fitzrovia, London
Huong Viet is an award-winning, family-run Vietnamese restaurant known for authentic flavours, warm hospitality, and exceptional service. As we continue to grow with the opening of our new Fitzrovia location, we're looking for a passionate Bartender / Barista to join our team across both restaurants.

### What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Crafting Vietnamese-inspired drinks, cocktails, and specialty coffees
- Delivering friendly, professional service to every guest
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Ensuring drinks are prepared consistently to a high standard
- Assisting with stock management and daily opening/closing procedures
- Working closely with the front-of-house team to provide an outstanding guest experience
What we're looking for
- Previous bartending experience (cocktail experience preferred)
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Right to work in the UK
- Coffee or barista experience is an advantage but not essential
