Housekeeping Assistant
Hours: 15 per week, alternative Saturday & Sunday.
Shifts: 7am-3pm
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Care Home as part of their housekeeping team. You will be providing a high quality domestic and laundry service to the home, working to the best of your ability to create a clean, calm and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all areas of the home are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and residents clothing items are cleaned and cared for correctly as stated on labels or/and their personal requests are adhered to
- Making of beds and cleaning of resident rooms, communal areas, and toilets to a high standard
- Ensure that residents clothing is collected and taken to the laundry and then returned and placed away within the resident's rooms
- Observe the welfare of the residents ensuring privacy and dignity is respected at all times
