We are currently recruiting experienced Baristas to support a variety of contract catering units in and around the Filton area on a temporary agency basis.
Location:
Filton and surrounding areas
Hours:
- 30–50 hours per week available
- Ad hoc shifts – work offered as and when required
- Monday to Friday – sociable working hours
Pay Rate:
- £12.71 – £13.00 per hour (depending on location)
About the Role:
This is temporary agency work, offering flexibility and variety across multiple sites. You will be supporting busy teams in professional contract catering environments as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages
- Operating coffee machines confidently (espresso-based drinks)
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Supporting general front-of-house duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different locations
- Friendly, reliable, and professional approach
- Strong customer service skills
