ibis Styles Crewe hotel is looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team, helping to deliver great tasting meals to our guests. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week, with a salary up to £27,561.60 (equivalent to £13.20 per hour) p.a. plus benefits.

What You'll Be Doing
As Sous Chef, you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring our guests receive consistently excellent food and service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking dishes to company standards
- Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
- Supervising and supporting kitchen team members during service
- Ensuring food is presented attractively and served promptly
- Helping to maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen (minimum 1 year)
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
- Flexibility to work evenings, mornings, midweek and weekends
