We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Project Admin Support to become a vital point of contact across Suffolk. This is a key role supporting the full customer journey — from the very first enquiry through to survey planning and the successful completion of works. You will play an important part in delivering a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls, handling initial enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate and schedule survey dates once customer interest has been confirmed.
- Accurately manage and update customer information across internal and external systems.
- Monitor customer progress and maintain clear, up‑to‑date records to support reporting and tracking.
- Produce and maintain basic reports to support team oversight, performance monitoring, and compliance requirements.
- Provide consistent, end‑to‑end support to customers throughout their journey, ensuring clear communication through to completion.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- A motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Experience using SharePoint and in‑house systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to use initiative and manage workloads independently.
