We are looking for someone who brings:
Location: Head Office, 22/24 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1W 0QP
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
Contract Type: 28 hours per week.
The role is primarily office-based on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. You may also be a requirement to work an hour or two from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Salary: £27,200 – 27,744 per annum

Role Purpose
To provide high-quality executive support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, and to take ownership of the smooth, efficient, and professional running of the head office. The Office Manager & Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, operating with discretion, initiative, and sound judgement. This role requires someone who brings a bright, energetic and highly professional presence, with the ability to create structure while contributing positively to a collaborative, fast-paced and values-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate office maintenance, health & safety, and facilities management
- Implement and maintain office systems, policies, and procedures
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related queries
Executive Assistant Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Organise travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation
- Take minutes in meetings and track actions
Administration & Coordination
- Support HR with onboarding, inductions, and maintaining employee records
- Assist with internal communications and company events
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Support project coordination and follow-ups where required
Person Specification
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
