The White Hart Witley is the smokehouse HQ of Dirty Sixth, an independent modern British barbecue concept committed to serving exceptional burgers, barbecue, craft beer, and cocktails.
We are looking for exceptional managers with an entrepreneurial spirit as we gear up for expansion.
The Role
Our managers lead the tribe. You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring they have a genuinely great experience in our world
- Sharing our passion for burgers, barbecue, whisky, and craft beer
- Building passionate, motivated teams committed to delivering outstanding service
- Maintaining specs with discipline while always looking for ways to improve and innovate
- Sales and marketing planning, implementation, execution, and reporting
- Ensuring all legal and EHO compliance requirements are met and exceeded
